We are always interested in hearing how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
One of the ways that we get this feedback is through our Patient Participation Group [PPG]. Since our merger in October 2017 we have taken the opportunity to merge all the PPG groups that previously ran (for Barn, BBMC and Orchard), into one PPG – CMP. Being involved in the PPG can be a useful way for patients to learn more about some of the services (and restrictions) that are in place for the Practice, but also an opportunity for our PPG colleagues to give us valuable feedback from the patient perspective and support any changes that we might together decide are good for all patients.
We are always interested in hearing from more patients who might be interested in taking part in our PPG. This could be in person, or it might also be through a ‘virtual’ PPG, where communication takes place over the airwaves, rather than having the need to attend any meetings. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups – we would like the diversity of our community to be represented on our PPGs where at all possible.
If you are interested in being part of the PPG, either in person or virtually, please complete the form below and either e-mail it to our reception team firstname.lastname@example.org or drop into reception when you are next passing.
Many thanks for your assistance.
